1. Who founded GOTSafelist?
 

GOTSafelist was established by online marketers/programmers Kristian Huynh, Amy Luu and Scottie Wilcoxson. Their vision was to create a program for people that would provide them an innovative and safe marketing system as well as an incredible residual income. The result = GOTSafelist.com

2. What is a safelist and what are the benefits of subscribing to one?
 

A safelist is a special email list whose members all agree to receive ads from each other. Since everyone has to join and verify their membership, it is also known as an Opt-In list. It's practically an online classified ad except you'll be able to market your product or service world wide.

3. Why should I join a safelist?
 

Joining a safelist will broaden your marketing campaigns. All members are 100% opt-in so SPAM should not be an issue. It's easy and convenient to use because all you have to do is save your ad and send it out with just one click.

4. What does subscribe email mean?
 

This is a separate email address where you will receive the ads from the safelist. This email account needs to be managed regularly in order to avoid bounce back emails which can result in your GOTSafelistaccount being terminated. See Rules.

5. What does contact email mean?
 

This is the email address where you will receive any correspondence from GOTSafelistregarding contests, your referrals or any messages concerning your GOTSafelistaccount.

 

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

1. How much does membership cost?
 

Nothing! It's totally FREE! For an exceptional value, upgrade your choice of one of our PRO memberships and receive added benefits and features.

2. How do I upgrade to a PRO member?
 

Once you have signed up as a FREE member, log in to your account and go to your back office. Under the Member Menu, click on the Upgrade link. It will bring you the PRO membership subscriptions page.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

4. I want to cancel my PRO membership. Can I get a refund?
 

Unfortunately, because we are a credit based safelist, refunds are not allowed. However, you may turn your credits into CASH using our Credits to Cash Exchange System.

1. I did not receive a validation email. What do I do?
 

Fill out our form in the Contact Us section. We will resend you the validation link.

2. I forgot my password. What do I do?
 

Get your password sent to you with our automatic password retrieval system. If you still have problems, fill out our contact form at Contact Us.

3. How do I change my account information?
 

Login to your account and under the "My Account" tab click on "Edit Profile". You can change your personal information in this section.

4. What do I do if I have trouble logging in?
 

First, you can have your password sent to you with our automatic password retrieval system. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please fill out the form in the Contact Us section.

5. How do I unsubscribe?
 

To cancel your account, simply fill out the form in the Contact Us section. Make sure you provide us with your current account password to verify the termination of your account.

 

WHAT DO I GOT TO KNOW?

1. What do I need to do if I'm going out of town?
 

If you are going away for a certain amount of time, make sure you go to your account info and change your setting to Vacation Mode. This will prevent any bounce back emails which can result in account termination.

2. How often can I send an ad?
 

You can send out an ad as often as you like providing that you have credits in your account.

3. What can I advertise in my ad?
 

You can promote any opportunity you want, but it must not contain foul or abusive language and cannot be considered adult, racist, or sexist. Your account will be terminated immediately if this rule is violated.

4. What is a GOTCredit?
 

A GOTCredit is the means where you can take part in our little community. It is backed by real money in our online cash account and can be purchased or earned through various methods or exchanged for cash using our Credits to Cash Exchange System.

5. How do I earn more Credits?
 
  • Upgrade to any of our PRO memberships: Bronze, Silver or Gold.
  • Click on our Hotlinks.
  • Refer members to GOTSafelist.
    • When you refer a FREE member, we will reward you 1,000 credits to your account.
    • hen you refer a PRO member, we will reward you up to 12,000 credits, depending on which membership was purchased.
       
  • Participate in the GOT 2 Be Active Rewards Program.
  • Get involved in the GOTActive Referrals Rewards Program.
  • Purchase credits as you need them.
  • Play GOT Lotto to win 1,000,000 credits

6. What can I do with my credits?
 
  • Trade them in for CASH in our Credits to Cash Exchange System
  • Send out ads and traffic exchange
  • Convert them into banner impressions
  • Use your credits to purchase paid memberships to other programs using the GOTSafelist Auction (coming soon)
7. Do the credits rollover to the next month?
  Yes, they do! If you have credits at the end of the month they will be added to your next month's credits.
8. What is the Credits to Cash Exchange System?
 

This system was invented by the GOT Team as a way to encourage participation and allow ALL members, FREE or PRO, the capability to earn real money. It is an online monetary community where each credit is worth a certain dollar amount and can be accumulated for higher earnings. GOTCredits that are purchased, earned or won are all eligible to be traded for cash thru the Credits to Cash Exchange System

9. What determines the exchange rate for the Credits to Cash Exchange System?
 

This rate is a variable rate that is based on the amount of revenue that is generated from the sum of credits sold and the sales from PRO memberships versus the current outstanding credits. Rates will vary weekly.

10. How do I know the conversion rate for the current week?
 

All current news as well as current rates will be posted on the Member’s News Page as well as on the Credits to Cash Page.

11. When can I exchange credits for cash?
 

You may trade in your credits for cash anytime using the Credits to Cash Exchange System but payouts will be done on Mondays.

12. How will funds be paid out once I’ve exchanged my credits?
 

You will have the choice of how you want your funds paid to you. You may choose to have it sent via Paypal or AlertPay.

13. How does the GOT 2 Be Active Rewards Program work?
 

This program is to reward members that are consistently active month after month. This system will track member activity regularly during the month and reward members up to 200 credits just for staying active.

14. What is the GOTActive Referrals Rewards Program?
 

This program rewards active members and their active referrals. Member activity for both you and your referral is essential to receive credits from this program. If BOTH you and your referral are active, your referral will receive credits (see GOT 2 Be Active Rewards Program) and you will receive up to 100 credits month after month just for participating!

For Example – You initially receive 1000 creidts for referring Mary. You are continuously active within GOTSafelist so every month you get 100 credits added into your account. Now your referral, Mary, is also active in GOTSafelist, and she will receive her 100 credits PLUS you will now get an additional 50 credits because your referral, Mary, is active.

15. How do I play GOT Lotto?
 

Anyone can participate in GOT Lotto which gives members the opportunity to win the grand prize of 1,000,000 credits. Some Hotlinks that are sent out with the emails have a lottery ticket embedded inside that will give you a lottery ticket. This ticket is kept in your back office until the bi-weekly drawing done on Thursdays. Your number has to match up to the winning number in order of the digits listed.

1. Do I have the option of not joining the contests?
 

Every month all members will be automatically entered into the contest. However, it is optional if you choose to participate.

2. How will I know if I've won? Where will you announce 1st, 2rd and 3rd place winners?

2) ALL Winners will be posted on your Members News page
3) Contests & Bonuses page will give you real-time contest standings for the current month

3. Where can I view my contest points and referral standings?
 

To view your contest points and bonus pool standings, log into your back office and go to Contest & Bonuses link on the member menu.

4. How soon can I expect to see the credits in my account from the contests?
 

Month closing of all contests unless otherwise stated will be on the 25th of every month. All winners will be awarded their credits once contest results are finalized which should be no later than the 15th of the following month.

 

MISC. QUESTIONS

1. What's a PRO member?
 

PRO members are paid members that have features beyond the basic membership. This includes the ability to send out HTML ads, having the option of receiving ads only from other PRO members, and the privilege of transacting on our Credits to Cash Exchange System at a higher rate.

2. Can I send HTML ads with Basic Membership?
 

No, unfortunately only our PRO members can send out HTML. Basic Members can only send out plain text emails providing they have credits.

3.  What constitutes as being active in the GOT 2 Be Active Rewards Program and the GOTActive Referrals Rewards Program?
 

To be active, there are many different factors that all contribute to this status. Primarily, members must have all emails accounts confirmed and not be on vacation mode. Being active is just what a regular member does in GOTSafelist whether it’s just logging in, participating in the forums, clicking on member’s links, or advertising. Ultimately, it is what a member would do normally, nothing more and nothing less.

4. Why has my account been closed?
 

There are numerous reasons your account may have been closed.

1. Full inboxes or bounced emails
2. Using an autoresponder email address
3. Sending out mailings that contain illegal, hate, or adult content.
4. Payment past due
